Tedlar?* Coated Stainless Steel Jacketing has a factory applied Tedlar?*, a 38?m (1.5-mil) PVF (Polyvinyl Fluoride) film on the exterior surface. This film is used as a long-lasting finish for surfaces exposed to harsh environments. The Tedlar?*provides corrosion protection to the metal jacketing used on pipes, tanks, and equipment insulation systems. Temperature range of SS is much higher but Tedlar film has a range from -72 Deg C to 107 Deg C
